    Love Match

Love Match » Love Match F.A.Q.
  • Is this thing for real?

Absolutely! Hundreds of users use our eCupid system to send out thousands of secret admirer messages everyday, consider yourself lucky to receive one. :)

  • Then how come I can't figure out who it is?

We understand that it's really frustrating when you can't find a match. Our success rate is about 11% right now. Which means 1 in 10 couples get matched up. It has a lot to do with the computer system, you have to put down the exact email of your crush, and he or she has to come back and use that exact same email to register with us. If a different addy is used, eCupid won't match you up. A lot of people have different emails, so that causes the success rate to be low.

  • What if I don't want to send eCupids to people just to find out?

Then DON'T!! The eCupid Love Matcher is only supposed to be used to match up people with mutual crushes on each other. If you don't like someone, please don't send them an eCupid. It's really a bad idea to play with someone else's emotion. We ask you to use the Love Matcher responsibly.

  • Can't you just tell me who my secret admirer is?

Unfortunately all the Love Match messages are processed automatically by the computer system, and KiwiBox staff members have no direct access to any personal information. The best way and the only way to find out is using the automated online system.

  • What's the 2nd clue to the 9 Days Contest?

On Nov. 10, 9 Days' Music was featured on a hit teen TV show, what's the show?

  • How did my secret admirer get my email address?

It's very likely that your secret admirer is someone you know from school or see everyday. He/She could've gotten your email from one of your friends. Or if you have your email address on your web page or you use online chat rooms a lot, it could be someone that you've met online.

  • What if I don't know my crush's email address?

The way that the eCupid system works, you really need to enter a valid email address for your crush. That's the only way the computer can identify an unique person. If it's someone you know, maybe you can find out his/her email through a mutual friend.

  • How come I got more than one eCupid?

This could mean one of two things: Either you are a very popular guy or girl and a lot of people have secret crushes on you, or your secret crush got impatient waiting for you to match up and sent you another eCupid to get you to actively working for a match.

  • How long does it take to get a match?

It varies from person to person, usually it takes about 2 to 3 days, but it's not unusual for it take up to a couple weeks to get a match.

  • Final Thought

We the staff members of KiwiBox are just guys and girls like you, and we are doing all that we can. There are some flaws in the way the system is set up, and although it's dissapointing that some people don't get matched up, there are still thousands of couples that do get matched up, which makes all our work worth while. Thank you for your understanding and Good Luck!
